Private Vocational Assessment & Consultation Program

This is a chance to receive personal, in-depth, transformational consulting in order to ignite the breakthrough to becoming the person you were born to be and engage your true destiny.

FREE Initial Telephone Interview - This will determine the appropriateness of the private assessment and consulting program for you.

If appropriate, the process begins with:

1. Customized Packet of Vocational Assessment Instruments.

Based on the initial free interview, if it is determined that this private consulting is appropriate for you, a career assessment packet is personally selected to provide the greatest insight into discovering your life's work and moving you forward into actualizing your Authentic Self. This is highly focused to reveal the critical information essential to making a confident and fulfilling career decision.

You will receive the personal career assessment packet including assessments chosen from a wide range of standardized career assessment instruments.

The focus of this packet is to reveal your personal strengths/unique challenges, vocational/educational interests, aptitudes and/or motivated abilities/talents, primary passions, and the full range of your career options that area aligned with your life's work and will ultimately fulfill your personal vision.

This assessment packet will take approximately 6-10 hours to complete. The assessments are then returned in the self-addressed, stamped envelope (included) for scoring and profiling.

2. Vocational Interpretation and Evaluation (2 CD's)

The career assessment packet results are scored and interpreted, focused on clarifying your deeper soul's purpose, identifying your specific vocational interests, talents and passions aligned to your higher calling. Personal strengths/unique challenges are examined in this session as well. This interpretative session is recorded on two CD's and mailed to you for your review.

This Vocational Interpretation and Evaluation will also include specific steps for you to follow in order to further identify and clarify your various vocational options, including self-employment, that will ultimately lead to the most fulfilling vocational choice. Specific assignments and/or additional assessments may be recommended at this time in order to gain deeper insights and accelerate your awakening and will be mailed with this second packet.

In addition to the 2 CD's, the Discover Your Life's Work 175 page Guide is mailed to you along with specific exercises to complete in the Guide. Copies of any addtional assesssments or workbook exercises are mailed back in the self-addressed stamped envelope.

3. Session I: One-on-One Vocational Consultation (by phone or in person). 1 to 1 1/2 hour session.

This is the first one-on-one strategic follow-up session to bring greater awakening to your life's work path. Any questions that arise from the 2 CD interpretation are discussed along with additional assessments and suggested workbook exercises are interpreted at this time. A more detailed action plan will be formulated. This session is conducted by phone or in person.

4. Session II: One-on-One Vocational Consultation
1 to 1 1/2 hour session (by phone or in person)

This is another strategic follow-up session to review progress. A focused game plan is developed to move you into alignment with your life's work. Additional obstacles/challenges are addressed and solutions determined. Long-range objectives for living to your full creative potential are then outlined. Making money doing what you love is addressed and options evaluated. This concludes the formal Vocational Assessment and Consulting Program.

(investment includes all assessment instruments as well as scoring, and interpretation, 2 CD's, 175 page Discover Your Life's Work Guide, mailing costs and all one-on-one vocational consultations)

 

NOTE: Additional Follow-up Vocational Consulting and Mentoring is available for personal clients at the conclusion of this program - $75 per hour.
