This assessment package was specifically formulated for those who want prefer a comprehensive self-discovery package that is self-guided as well as self-administered, scored and interpreted. Package also includes specific information for choosing career options matched to interests, aptitudes, personal motivations, personality type and vocational type. As a parent myself, I wanted to create a self-discovery package that will help your students identify a fulfilling direction in life.

The Career Testing Program for Middle/High School students consists of the following areas of in-depth assessment:

Career Interest Assessment - guidance in determining true interests and then identifying majors and career paths that are most compatible. Identifies interests within 14 primary career clusters.
Aptitude Assessment - assesses natural strengths and aptitudes. Measures best abilities on 8 primary dimensions. These are cross-referenced to specific career fields and interests. Timed test.
Personality Type Identification - identifies their true personality type and examines appropriate career choices. Includes a self-interpretation guide.
Vocational Type Assessment - determines true Vocational Type, a critical factor when making career decisions. Reveals career-matched personality traits and specific careers.
Career Decision-Making - special report provides experienced guidance to make a confident and educated career decision that matches your interests, abilities and personality. This is helpful to parents.
Self-Actualization: Live to Your Full Potential - a special research report that reveals the successful habits of individuals who are dong what they love for a living and living to their full potential.
Occupational Information Resources - special report that outlines how to locate and examine current career information resources as well as how to obtain the right information in advance regarding potential careers and majors.

Consider the cost of private career counseling these days, that is if you can find someone good. Taking a career assessment package costs typically between $500 and $900. I have conducted 1000's of these private career guidance sessions and what I have developed is an assessment package that will allow you to explore your career options, get the right information about yourself and the near future labor market and find your niche. NOTE FOR PARENTS: If you are a parent, you will have to assess whether or not your son or daughter will be able to complete this Career Testing and Guidance Package alone or if they may need your assistance. Obviously, if you don't think they will want to take these various tests and aren't interested in their future, then you may need to assist them.
